We loved the location of this hotel, it was very convenient being right next to a great restaurant and the bus station. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, with a beautiful outdoor and indoor onsen that we enjoyed immensely. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, providing a wide range of options to choose from.

The ryokan was conveniently located near the bus station, spacious and clean rooms, wonderful onsen , friendly and helpful staff, central location for surrounding attractions.

Liked everything.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Hiraju bus terminal, making it an ideal spot for travellers. It's also a stone's throw away from many restaurants and other onsens, which is handy if you're looking to explore the area. the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the onsen is clean and enjoyable to use.

The room felt quite cramped and stuffy, with limited ventilation and natural light.

Had a great time this Xmas! the hot springs were amazing, both inside and outside were open all night and mostly empty so I had them all for myself. the staff was very helpful and always friendly. the location was perfect, very close to the bus station and a couple of nice restaurants around the area.

The blankets looked a bit dirty and the gas heater in the room did not smell very good. it did keep me warm during the night.

We had a great time during our romantic escape. The traditional room was cozy and comfortable with a nice view. The staff members were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main bus station. We enjoyed exploring the town and finding local restaurants to try.

Meals were not included in the hotel, but we found some delicious options nearby. the blankets in the room were not very clean, but overall our experience at the hotel was positive.
